Michigan Talent Together is among the nation’s largest “Grow your Own” programs for educators. It’s the largest district collaboration in Michigan’s history, and is on track to become one of the largest Registered Apprenticeship Programs for teaching recognized by the United States Department of Labor. 

Behind these big achievements are thousands of Michiganders – and each has a unique story.

Longtime paraprofessional and current special education apprentice with over 22 years of experience working in schools.
