Harvesting Teacher Talent: From Policy to Practice

This conference is designed for education leaders, policymakers, district and ISD staff, higher education partners, Grow Your Own and apprenticeship practitioners, workforce and community partners, and researchers committed to addressing educator shortage.

Key topics will include:

  • Educator pipeline policy, compliance, and innovative practices
  • Program design and implementation strategies
  • Equity and access in educator preparation
  • Apprenticeships and Grow Your Own pathways
  • Research, data, and national perspectives
  • District, school, and community-based practices.

  • Thursday, October 22- Full-Day Conference | Meaningful guest speakers, policy and research presentations, and engaging breakout sessions.
  • Thursday, October 22 ONLY-Virtual participation tickets are available and include access to keynote speakers, featured presentations, and select breakout sessions.
